CoffeeCow.com offers Two (2) FREE shipping options starting with orders of $50.00 and shipping to street addresses (not PO Boxes) within the contiguous United States. |
Option-1
Our First Free Shipping tier uses UPS SurePost to provide free shipping and leverages the strength of UPS and the US Postal Service. Your package will travel via UPS to the US Post Office servicing your area. The US Postal Service then delivers your package Monday through Saturday.
Option-2
Our Second Free Shipping option begins with orders of $75.00 and you the customer will have the option of selecting either UPS SurePost (see above) or UPS Ground. UPS Ground packages are delivered within 1 to 7 business days and the package remains within the UPS delivery system.

CoffeeCow.com ships most orders placed by 12:00 PM (EST/EDT) Monday through Friday within one or two business days excluding holidays.

Priority Shipping

To guarantee same day shipping, please select a priority shipping method and complete your order by 12:00 PM (EST/EDT) Monday through Friday except holidays. Additional charges may apply.

US Military Address & US Territories or Canada
|
CoffeeCow.com will deliver APO and FPO addresses using the US Postal Service.

When placing your online order, enter your shipping address using APO or FPO as the shipping city, select AE or AP, and include your zip code. Free shipping does not apply.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or Canada arrive via the US Postal Service and free shipping does not apply. (see overview)

Overseas Shipping
|
If your order is destined to an address outside the previously mentioned locations, your order will be canceled and monies refunded.

Coffeecow.com is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, undeliverable packages, unrecoverable packages, 3rd delivery attempts, or other customer created errors. Coffeecow.com may assess additional shipping and handling charges for reshipped packages due to inaccurate consumer provided delivery information or to cover shipping costs due to package weight or multi-box shipments.
