NEW TO COFFEE COW


How do I sign up with Coffee Cow?

If you are new to Coffee Cow there are two ways you can sign up to start saving on your coffee and supplies. On the top menu bar, there is button, which reads "New Member." Simply, click on this button and you will be brought to our member sign-up page. Simply fill out your basic contact information (no credit card information is required) and create your login id and password. Your login id is always your email address. Once these are submitted, you will receive a "Welcome To Coffee Cow" email confirming your account and you can start shopping with the cow!
However, you can also create your account as part of your checkout process the first time you shop. Simply, purchase your coffee supplies and proceed through checkout as normal. Before you place your order, you will be asked to enter an email address, password, and other basic preferences. Once you place your order, your account will be created at the same time. You will receive both an order confirmation email and a "Welcome to Coffee Cow" email.

Logging Into Coffee Cow For the First Time

There are two ways you can log into Coffee Cow. The simplest way is to click the padlock icon on the top of the menubar and enter your email address and password. Once you click the Login button, you will be brought to the homepage and notice that the upper right hand corner of the screen. Now reads "Bob's Cart", for example, and how many items are currently in your cart with a subtotal.

You can also login after you shop and begin the checkout process. If you aren't logged in, the first step in the checkout will ask you for your login information and log you into Coffee Cow, retreiving all your personalized information securely.
ORDERING

How is my order shipped?

All orders are shipped through UPS.

Will I get a confirmation email of my order?

Yes. If your order was placed on the website you will receive a confirmation email shortly after your order has been completed. If you do not receive this email please contact us CustomerService@coffeecow.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Most orders are processed the same day they are received. If you would like to change or cancel an order please call us at 1-888-330-5175.
